Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
These terms cover your use of the PreFinds website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The guides are information, not a promise
Articles on PreFinds are opinions and research for shoppers in India. Where a guide says so, they include hands-on impressions. They are general information. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a promise that a product will suit your home, your family, or your budget.
You are responsible for the decision to buy.
Prices and availability change
Prices are in rupees and reflect what the retailer was showing when a guide was written or last checked. Price, stock, delivery time, seller, and discount can all change — including during a sale — and they can be wrong by the time you click. Always read the product page on Amazon.in or Flipkart before you pay. PreFinds does not control those listings.
Affiliate relationship
PreFinds participates in the Amazon Associates Program and the Flipkart Affiliate Program. Some links to Amazon.in and Flipkart are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission. You do not pay anything extra because of that.
A commission does not decide which products we recommend. The affiliate disclosure explains this in more detail. We do not sell the products ourselves. The contract of sale — including returns, warranties, and any GST invoice — is between you and Amazon, Flipkart, or the seller named on that page.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. Guides can go out of date, and a product can disappoint. To the extent Indian law allows, PreFinds and the people who write it are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from anything you buy through a link. That includes a price, rating, specification, or availability note that has changed.
Nothing on this page limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud.
Using the site
You may link to our pages. Please do not copy a whole guide and republish it as your own. We may change, correct, or remove any page, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute has to be decided by a court, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
